Ben Banda holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting and Finance from The Copperbelt University, Zambia and is a fellow of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK. He is holds a diploma in insurance from The Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), UK
Ben has a work experience of over 11 years in the insurance industry of which 9 is in senior managerial position at NICO Insurance Zambia Limited, NIKO insurance Uganda Limited and NIKO Insurance Tanzania Limited. |

| Ben has attended various insurance technical and accounting workshops in India, Kenya, South Africa, Uganda and Tanzania. He is currently working on achieving an MBA through Herriot Watt University, Edinburg. |
