Mr. Bosco James Bugali is a Diploma (Dip. CII) holder of the Chartered Insurance Institute of United Kingdom. He is also a graduate–MBA from Missouri State University of United States of America, Postgraduate Diploma (PGDFM) and Advanced Diploma (ADI) from the Institute of Finance Management, Tanzania (IFM).
